The annual meeting of the Linene Woods Homeowner’s Association got under way at 7pm, January 26, 2017 at the FSU Credit Union branch on Sharer Road. The main item of business was the budget, which included a reduction in dues for 2017.
Other topics that came up:
- The “barrier” is on the list to be improved by Leon County.
- The placement of street lights was discussed.
- The street cleaning quality was discussed.
- There is a lending library at 3304 Rutland Loop (thanks Chris!).
- A Spring Fling party is planned for the 2nd of April.
